How it works

The flow

  1. Choose a pathway — business, job/expertise, or starting from scratch. Add a hybrid note if you're a mix.
  2. Share via the guided form ("Start My Profile") or the AI interview ("Pull It Out of Me"). Optionally add documents or your website.
  3. Review "Here's What You're Working With" — every fact cites where it came from. Flagged items are interpretations; correct them.
  4. Find My Opportunities — exactly three pathways, scored transparently, with a #1 pick and your next 3 moves.
  5. Build With Manus — a copy-ready brief and work order you paste into Manus.

The three pathways

  • Hidden Revenue: Money sitting in things you already have — underused assets, past clients, existing work.
  • Knowledge Monetization: Packaging what you know into something people pay for.
  • Expansion: A new offer, audience, or channel that grows from your current base.

Scoring rubric

Each criterion is scored 1–5; the overall is a weighted average. Lower cost and effort score higher. Unvalidated demand is capped at 2.

  • Revenue potential — How much this could reasonably earn if it works. 5 = high.15%
  • Speed to cash — How soon first revenue is plausible. 5 = weeks.15%
  • Profit potential — Margin after delivery costs. 5 = high margin.15%
  • Startup cost — Lower cost scores higher. 5 = near-zero cost.10%
  • Effort — Lower effort scores higher. 5 = light lift.10%
  • Demand evidence — Evidence that buyers want this, from your inputs. 1 = unvalidated.10%
  • Asset fit — How directly it uses what you already have.15%
  • Capacity fit — Fits your stated time, energy, and constraints.10%

What we won't do

  • Promise earnings, or invent demand, statistics, customers or testimonials.
  • Assume anything about your identity, family or faith.
  • Require sensitive financial records.

Supported files

PDF, DOCX, TXT and MD up to 5 MB. Scanned-image PDFs can't be read. If a file fails, you'll see why — paste the text instead.

For admins: configuration

  • The first signed-in user can claim the admin role on the Admin page (only while no admin exists).
  • Add purchaser emails one at a time or by bulk paste/CSV. Access activates automatically when a buyer signs in with that same email and confirms it.
  • AI runs through the built-in AI service by default. Optional settings: AI_PROVIDER (default lovable) and AI_MODEL.
  • Checkout is not connected yet, so purchaser lists are imported by an admin.
